Breakages If your package arrives damaged/broken please advise us immediately, noting the time and date the package arrived. You must keep the damaged/broken package for us to collect, or we may give you details on how to return the item to us. You will not be charged for the collection of the broken/damaged package and a replacement will be resent at our cost. You may be contacted at a further date to confirm details or provide further information in relation to the damaged item/s. Please note that you MUST let us know within 24 hours of receiving the package giving all the required/relevant information. Exchanges and Returns We want you to share our passion for the products you've chosen. If you are not happy with your purchases for any reason, then please contact us on +44(0)117 9855747, within seven days of receiving your purchases, and provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging we will give you a full refund excluding the delivery charge. For some smaller items we may provide you with Gift Vouchers. Please note that items returned are at your cost. |
