Delivery

There is no minimum order.

Delivery charges are as follows:

Mainland UK Delivery £4.95 - Free delivery on orders over £35

Highlands & Northern Island Delivery £15 - Free delivery on orders over £60

UK Islands Delivery £30 - Free delivery on orders over £80

European Community Delivery £30 - Free delivery on orders over £100

USA & Rest of the World - Please DO NOT place orders through our website. We cannot ship to the USA or Rest of the World due to extreme shipping costs and in some cases anti-dumping legislation. If you do place an order it will be cancelled and your money refunded. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Goods are normally despatched within 24 business hours. You should receive your order 5 – 7 business days from ordering. If you are not in when your parcels are delivered, you will be left a card, with instructions on getting your order re-delivered.

Delivery is via Royal Mail or an alternative courier company and orders are normally received by you 5 – 7 business days from ordering. Should your order not arrive within 7 working days of ordering, please contact Goldendream Candles by email or telephone to highlight the issue.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Order

Simply choose your Goldendream products through the website. When you have completed your order, go to the Checkout, completed your delivery details and pay by Credit/Debit card. Accepted cards are Visa/Mastercard and Switch/Solo. We regret we do not take American Express or Diners Club.
